Cultivating Belonging: Cultivate a sense of belonging through community building, especially for marginalized and historically excluded groups
DEI Education: Increase curricular offerings to integrate DEI skills to support students in communicating across lines of difference and leading and working with diverse teams.
Diversity + Representation: Increase representation by diversifying applicant pools and improving processes.
